捷报：“精英演讲班”青少年学员大赛再夺金

平和英语凭借多年卓越的英语培训经验，连续两年对珠海市第一职业学校参加学生英语口语技能大赛的选手进行了半个月的全封闭训练，资深的外教团队、独特的全英文环境和极具针对性的课程设置使一职中的参赛选手口语水平迅速突破。今年我们又收到了“一职校”学员传回的捷报：在广东省中等职业学校技能大赛的“科信杯”英语技能竞赛中，5名经过平和英语“精英演讲班”特训的学员荣获三个一等奖，两个二等奖，不仅参赛选手全部获奖，并且摘得团队一等奖的桂冠。

据了解，这次比赛竞争非常激烈，珠海第一职业学校参赛的5名选手从来自全省22个地市中职学校的125名选手中脱颖而出，取得了佳绩。在去年同期比赛夺得了个人和团体两项桂冠并荣获团体总分第一好成绩的基础上更上一层楼。

The effect is like the effect of drinking something chilled. At the beginning there is a burning sensation, but then it sooths the stomach. It is my first time to come to GLV and I think I have fallen in love with it. I am leaving soon, but I don't want to as GLV has a wonderful English environment. I am attracted by the information hanging on the walls, the amazing teachers, and the different cultures we can learn about, and all the other information outside class. I have widened my scope of knowledge towards English. Thanks GLV, I have improved quite a lot especially speaking what I want to express. I would like to be a volunteer here some day.

This is my second time to study in GLV. I came to study with my colleague in the final session in 2008. After two years when we came back here, we were welcomed warmly and helped as we were before. It seems all the staff here still remembers us. They treat us nicely, not only as students but also as friends in life. We can talk to them about any aspect if we want. The time that we can study here is limited, but the improvement, enjoyment here is boundless, and there is no end for learning English. I'll leave soon, but this journey will be marked in my mind forever. I hope I can come back again. I wish I could be a staff member here, because GLV is a paradise where we can learn, improve and enjoy together.

在平和英语村学习我真的学到了很多。其实每个人都是一样，抱着一样的心态在GLV学习，如果我们是一道门，那GLV就是打开这道门的钥匙。让我们开始爱英语，让我们开始说英语，让我们开始迷英语。使用的词汇会在课堂上不断地出现，经典的谚语能在平常的沟通中听到，各国的发音能让你在不一样的model中去学习。纯英语的学习环境对英语学习者真的很有帮助，听到的是英语，学到的是英语，说的是英语，想的也是英语。学习英语真的很简单，至少我是这么认为的。

I really enjoy the pure English environment in GLV.GLV is really good. Although it is my second time in GLV however I still love it here. The teachers here are really friendly, they are willing to talk to you and teach you. GLV is also the first pure English training Association. Although the tuition is expensive, it is worth it. In GLV, you can learn English, make friends, learn life experiences from the elders as well as relax. Somebody said GLV is boring and tiring. In my opinion, whether GLV is boring or tiring depends on you. I love English so I choose GLV. GLV gives me a place to chat with foreigners. It is really exciting when I chat with them. Therefore, if you are an English lover then choose GLV. GLV can realize you dream of learning English without going aboard. After all, GLV is fantastic.

I think GLV is the coolest English school in China. GLV has a really good environment of English only, and have like the coolest teachers ever. GLV has teachers from all over the world and it is really fun to chill with them. The English only environment is really good for us. Sometimes you don't really know the word you want to say, but you can't speak Chinese, so you have to find another word to replace it, and that is really useful. In the Evening program you can choose what ever program you like, and you can practice your English. GLV is the best!
